Job Description Earn $22 per hour plus ongoing residual sales incentives while driving and operating specialized mobile compaction equipment. Crushr Mobile Dumpster Compaction of Annapolis is seeking a reliable, safety-minded, and outgoing Truck Driver/Mobile Equipment Operator & Field Sales Representative to join our growing team. This is primarily a driving and equipment-operation position with a strong customer service and sales component. You will travel to customer locations, safely operate our specialized hydraulic dumpster compaction equipment, complete scheduled services, and represent Crushr professionally in the field. Because you will regularly interact with business owners, property managers, contractors, and prospective customers, we are looking for someone who enjoys meeting people, building relationships, identifying sales opportunities, and introducing new customers to Crushr’s services. In addition to hourly pay, you can earn ongoing income through our Residual Sales Incentive Program when you identify and help bring qualifying new customers to Crushr. No CDL is required, and paid training is provided. What We Offer • $22 per hour, • Ongoing residual incentives for qualifying new customers you help bring to Crushr, • Paid time off, • Paid training on our specialized truck and hydraulic compaction equipment, • Independent, hands-on work with variety from day to day, • Opportunities to meet local business owners, contractors, and property managers, • Direct involvement in helping a locally owned business grow, • Opportunity for increased responsibility and advancement as the company expands Driving and Equipment Responsibilities • Safely drive and maneuver the Crushr mobile dumpster compaction truck., • Travel to businesses, construction sites, multifamily properties, events, and other customer locations., • Operate the truck’s specialized hydraulic equipment to compact waste in customers’ dumpsters., • Complete scheduled services safely, efficiently, and professionally., • Perform routine pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the truck and equipment., • Identify and promptly report maintenance concerns, damage, equipment issues, or unsafe conditions., • Maintain accurate service records, including service times, photographs, and customer or site concerns., • Keep the truck and equipment clean, organized, and ready for service., • Follow all traffic laws and Crushr safety and operating procedures., • Occasionally assist with light operational or site-support tasks as needed. Customer Service and Field Sales Responsibilities • Serve as a professional and positive representative of Crushr at every customer location., • Provide friendly, dependable service and communicate with customers regarding their service needs., • Build relationships with business owners, property managers, contractors, and other customer contacts., • Identify businesses, construction sites, and properties that could benefit from Crushr’s services., • Introduce prospective customers to Crushr and explain how our services can increase dumpster capacity, reduce hauling frequency, lower costs, and improve efficiency., • Collect contact information and communicate qualified sales opportunities to company ownership., • Assist with customer introductions, site visits, and follow-up conversations when appropriate., • Participate actively in the Residual Sales Incentive Program by helping identify and secure new customer accounts., • Look for opportunities to expand services with existing customers. Sales Without a High-Pressure Environment You do not need to be an experienced salesperson, but you should be friendly, motivated, observant, and comfortable starting conversations with potential customers. Your primary responsibility is to operate the truck safely and deliver excellent service. However, because you will be in the field and regularly encounter potential customers, we want someone who is excited to recognize and pursue new business opportunities. You will not spend your entire day making cold calls, and this is not a commission-only position. Crushr will provide training, talking points, and support to help you confidently explain our services. When you help bring a qualifying new customer to Crushr, you can earn additional ongoing income through our Residual Sales Incentive Program. Requirements • Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record, • Comfortable driving and maneuvering a larger non-CDL truck, • Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently, • Strong customer service and communication skills, • Friendly, professional, and comfortable approaching prospective customers, • Motivated to identify leads and help grow the business, • Safety-minded, responsible, and attentive to detail, • Ability to follow a schedule and manage time effectively, • Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to complete routine truck and equipment inspections, • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical equipment-related tasks, • Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions, • Ability to use a smartphone or tablet to document completed services, take photographs, and communicate with the team Prior experience operating commercial vehicles, work trucks, hydraulic equipment, or heavy equipment is preferred but not required. Experience in route service, delivery, field sales, customer service, construction, landscaping, or waste management is also a plus.
