Your attention to service, hospitality, and care helps ensure mealtimes are enjoyable, engaging, and reflective of the high standards of our community. Your Role: As a Server, you are responsible for supporting daily dining operations by providing friendly, timely, and attentive meal service while maintaining a clean, organized, and inviting dining environment. Position Highlights: • Status: PART TIME, • Schedule: FLEXIBLE HOURS INCLUDING WEEKEND, • Location: WOODBURY MEWS, • Rate of Pay: 16.00 AN HOUR What You’ll Do: • Take meal and beverage orders and serve food in a friendly, professional, and timely manner., • Ensure residents and guests are satisfied with their meals and dining experience., • Maintain knowledge of daily specials, menus, and food items to assist residents with selections., • Set up, maintain, and clean dining room tables, side stations, and surrounding areas., • Follow daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning schedules., • Practice proper food handling, safety, and sanitation procedures., • Assist with opening and closing duties, including completing assigned checklists., • Support orientation and training of new servers as needed., • Maintain high standards of appearance, cleanliness, and hospitality., • Assist with dining room organization, flow, and supply placement., • Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent preferred., • Previous dining or hospitality experience preferred., • Enjoys working with seniors and providing excellent customer service., • Ability to interact professionally and courteously with residents, guests, and team members., • Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and safety., • Demonstrates good judgment, time management, and communication skills., • Ability to balance team and individual responsibilities., • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods., • Ability to lift trays, dishes, and supplies (up to 25–50 lbs.)., • Possible exposure to cleaning chemicals and food service equipment., • Willingness to work flexible schedules, including weekends/holidays., • Comfort interacting closely with residents during meals.
