Overnight Warehouse Produce Picker - Cesare Fruit - Floral Park

The Produce Manager is responsible for overseeing the operations of the warehouse. Wholesale Fruits and vegetables! Ensuring that all products meet quality standards are checked before being loaded onto trucks. This role involves managing inventory, coordinating supply chain activities, and leading a team to deliver exceptional service. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in management and produce (Mainly Fruit and Vegetables) Responsibilities Manage daily operations of the produce department, including checking orders before delivery, printing invoices, inventory control and product merchandising. Oversee supply chain management processes to ensure timely loading of fresh produce. Implement effective materials management strategies to minimize waste and maximize efficiency. Requirements Proven experience in operations management within a retail or grocery environment, preferably in a produce department. Familiarity with order fulfillment processes, shipping/receiving procedures, and materials management practices. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Strong leadership skills with experience in team supervision and training. Proficient in using warehouse equipment Ability to work flexible hours Ability to speak Spanish is preferred.
