Position Summary/ Objectives
TreadStone Technologies, Inc., located in Princeton NJ, is a rapidly growing manufacturer of metal surface coating for the renewable energy industry, and is in search of full-time employees.
The Manufacturing Technician will be responsible for the coating of metal plates in the manufacturing process. The ideal candidate has a solid understanding of the manufacturing process and can support the strategic and operational objectives of the business. The successful candidate will possess a high degree of professionalism, maturity and confidentiality.
Essential Job Functions:
- Manufacture metal parts using TreadStone’s patented technology, in accordance with batch records, learning all processes from start to finish.
- Maintain accurate batch records, log books and electronic records.
- Identify and record any problems relating to the product, process and quality system.
- Maintain and calibrate instruments and equipment in accordance with schedules.
- Maintain inventory of raw materials and supplies needed in manufacturing
- Clean and maintain equipment and manufacture space
- Monitor environmental conditions.
- Recommend, write or revise manufacturing processes.

Education, Experience and Certification:
- Associate degree or high school diploma
- Minimum 1 year production work experience
- Must have excellent communication skills
- Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds
- Must have a steady work history
- Reason independently and work with minimal guidance.
- Must possess organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
- Adapts to changing priorities and schedules.
- Basic computer skills are required
