Responsibilities • Ensure production lines operate efficiently while meeting performance and quality standards., • Notify heavy equipment operators when shakers (mixers) require refilling., • Perform housekeeping duties, including sweeping and maintaining organized work areas., • Coordinate with material handlers and heavy equipment operators to ensure the correct materials are used for each machine., • Monitor shaker levels to maintain continuous material flow to production lines., • Verify correct roll stock is being used and load materials onto equipment., • Make machine adjustments as necessary to maintain quality and production standards., • Perform quality inspections, including weight and volume checks., • Communicate material concerns, including moisture levels and material changes, to the material handling team., • Keep conveyors, aisles, catwalks, and surrounding areas clear of material buildup while following safety procedures., • Complete production documentation accurately and on time., • Meet established production, quality, and efficiency goals., • Report equipment issues and production concerns to maintenance personnel., • Follow all safety procedures to protect yourself and your coworkers. Qualifications • Previous machine operating experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred., • Experience with form-fill-seal machines and palletizers is a plus., • Ability to read and understand English instructions and production documentation., • Ability to work in dusty environments and varying temperatures, including hot, cold, and outdoor conditions., • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly., • Ability to climb ladders and remain on your feet throughout the shift., • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards., • Willingness to work overtime, including Saturdays, as needed., • Ability to work up to 10-hour shifts, Monday through Friday., • Strong communication and teamwork skills., • Safety-focused mindset with a proven ability to follow workplace procedures.
