Nishaan is seeking a dedicated Overnight Porter to join our team. This vital role ensures the pristine cleanliness and operational readiness of our kitchen and facilities, particularly during overnight shifts. Key Responsibilities: • Perform comprehensive kitchen cleaning duties, maintaining a hygienic and organized workspace., • Efficiently execute dishwashing and pot washing tasks., • Responsibly change and dispose of cooking oil in adherence to safety standards., • Manage waste by removing trash and recycling., • Conduct deep cleaning of kitchen floors, shelving, and storage areas., • Maintain cleanliness in staff areas, including bathrooms. This position is integral to supporting our kitchen operations, especially on weekends, where you will be crucial in assisting cooks with closing procedures and preparing the kitchen for the following day. The role typically involves working 4-6 evenings per week.
