Founding Licensed Insurance Producer Opportunity
$3,500 Licensing Bonus
We're looking for a motivated, career-driven individual to join the founding team of Kingswell Group, a fast-growing commercial insurance startup focused on the trucking and transportation industry.
No insurance license? No problem.
We'll invest in your success by covering 100% of the costs, including:
- State-approved pre-licensing course
- State licensing exam
- Resident Property & Casualty (P&C) license
- Fingerprinting/background checks (if required by your state)
- Future non-resident licenses as we expand nationwide
Licensing Bonus
Upon successfully:
- Completing the required course,
- Passing the state licensing exam,
- Obtaining your resident P&C license, and
- Joining our founding team,
you will receive a $3,500 Licensing Bonus.
The licensing process typically takes about one week, depending on the state.
Who We're Looking For
- Resident of any state except California, New York, or Florida.
- Motivated, professional, and eager to build a long-term career.
- No prior insurance experience is required.
