Skills & Qualifications • Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of experience working as an automotive technician (experience in a lead or senior role is highly preferred)., • Technical Expertise: Proven proficiency with advanced diagnostic scanners, engine/transmission rebuilds, and suspension work (control arms, struts, etc.)., • Certifications: ASE Certifications (Advanced Engine Performance, Drivetrain, etc.) are strongly preferred., • Tools: Must possess a complete set of personal hand tools appropriate for this level of position., • Attributes: Strong problem-solving abilities, excellent time-management skills, a clean driving record, and a valid driver's license.
