Experienced Chef .The responsible for performing all cooking duties along with a range of kitchen operations, including scheduling and hiring kitchen staff, organizing the kitchen area, managing inventory, order food and supplies as needed.

Main Responsibilities Prepare sandwiches, wraps, salads, tacos and other menu items. Follow recipes, portion sizes and food-presentation standards. Prepare ingredients and keep the kitchen organized and stocked. Maintain a clean and sanitary cooking area. Check food freshness and store ingredients properly. Complete customer orders accurately and efficiently. Assist with inventory and inform management when supplies are low. Qualifications Previous kitchen, restaurant or food-service experience preferred. Knowledge of safe food handling and kitchen sanitation. Ability to work quickly during busy periods. Reliable, punctual and able to work well with a team. Strong attention to detail and presentation. Ability to stand for long periods and lift kitchen supplies when needed. 1.
