Your primary role will be to greet with our guests, direct them to the proper pickup location, engage with them prior to departure, and maintain clear communication and organization between our guests and vital details of our operations. Brand Ambassador Responsibilities: • Welcoming guests in a polite and friendly manner., • Checking and scanning guests' tickets and directing guests to the bus., • Informing guests about departure times, location of stops, and other needed information., • Collect guest information to assist in resolving customer service-related issues and concerns, • Coordinate with and support colleagues, bus operators, dispatchers, and managers to execute the day-to-day operations, • Be responsible for company equipment., • Promote a culture of positivity, • Monitor the safety of employees and guests., • Conduct and submit various reports as assigned Brand Ambassador Requirements: • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage with guests, • Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to build rapport and establish positive relationships with customers and colleagues., • Enthusiastic and outgoing personality, with a passion for travel, tourism, and exploring new destinations., • Knowledge of Chicago, IL attractions, landmarks, and tourist hotspots is strongly preferred., • Prior experience in customer service, hospitality and marketing is advantageous but not required., • Ability work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed, with the potential for remote or offsite assignments.Pay Rate: $19.50-$20.50 Job Type: Part-Time Scheduling: Must be able to work weekends and holidays Expected hours: 10 – 40 per week Benefits: • Flexible schedule Schedule: • 10 hour shift, • 8 hour shift, • Day shift, • Evening shift Application Question(s): • Do you have FULL weekend availability (Saturday AND Sunday AND Holidays, all day)?
