Job Details Location: Goosefeather – Tarrytown, NY (Westchester County) Positions: Saute Cooks, Wok Cooks, Garmo, Salad, Dishwashers Must be available to work Saturday, Sunday and Monday Compensation • $18.00 – $22.00/hour About Goosefeather Located in Tarrytown, NY in Westchester County, Goosefeather is led by James Beard–nominated Chef Dale Talde and offers an unparalleled dining experience that blends the traditions of Cantonese cuisine with inventive, modern twists. Goosefeather is the flagship restaurant of Food Crush Hospitality, founded by Chef Talde and his wife, Agnes Talde. Our back-of-house team works under the leadership of Executive Chef Jeremiah Shoemaker, who is dedicated to fostering creativity, precision, and teamwork in the kitchen. About the Roles • Execute dishes with precision and consistency, following Goosefeather standards., • Maintain a clean, organized station throughout service., • Communicate clearly with fellow cooks and FOH staff., • Participate in prep, service, and breakdown., • Follow all food safety and sanitation protocols. Qualifications • Strong work ethic and reliability., • Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team., • Comfortable in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment., • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays., • Ability to stand for long periods, bend, reach, and lift up to 30 lbs., • Fluency in spoken and written English is helpful but not required. Physical Requirements • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during shifts., • Comfortable with frequent bending, reaching, and carrying., • Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds as needed.
