What You’ll Do • Perform in-process quality checks (weights, measurements, visual inspections), • Accurately document and report inspection results, • Identify and communicate quality issues to supervisors and production teams, • Ensure products meet company and customer quality standards, • Operate testing equipment (pH meters, balances, vacuum testers), • Maintain proper labeling and traceability on the production line ✅ What You Bring • Strong attention to detail and accuracy, • Ability to follow procedures and document results clearly, • Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment, • Basic math and measurement skills, • Previous manufacturing or quality experience preferred (not required—we’ll train!) ???? What We’re Looking For To thrive in this role, you should bring the following qualifications and attributes: • High School Diploma or GED (required), • Previous QC or manufacturing experience – at least 3 to 6 months in a similar role preferred, • Adaptability: Able to move between departments and interact with machine operators to identify and correct quality issues, • Attention to Detail: Strong observational skills and the ability to spot inconsistencies or defects, • Communication Skills: Capable of clearly documenting inspection results and effectively communicating problems and solutions to team members, • Multitasking Ability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks and priorities, • Basic Computer Literacy: Ability to learn and use spreadsheet and word processing software, • Math Proficiency: Able to perform basic calculations using the metric system, • Discretion and Integrity: Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality ????
