Will also need to be able to perform high level repairs, replace compressors, bearings, different motors and other skilled repairs in a timely manner., • Must be able to reclaim/recover refrigerant, check pressures, pull vacuums and add refrigerant (split systems and RTU's), • Experience with RTU start-up, checking rotation, etc, • Experience needed with equipment troubleshooting and repair on different types and brands of equipment, • Must have knowledge/experience working with low voltage controls, (thermostats, sensors, smoke detectors, equipment control boards, etc). Must be able to read wiring diagrams., • Good communication skills to educate customers effectively in regards to the explanation of repairs, charges and/or other available products/services., • Work closely with the dispatcher and other team members in a professional and efficient manner., • Complete invoices, time sheets, and other paperwork as required., • Ability and willingness to work flexible hours as needed.
