Sensitive information could be from either internal sources, or from external partner organisations. The PA will also champion quality and improvement programmes, confidentiality, collaborative working, service delivery, and learning and development, promoting a positive working environment. They will work closely alongside the Practice Manager and Deputy Practice Manager. In addition, the post-holder will support the multi-disciplinary team, providing administrative support as required, in line with the needs of the organisation. Duties can include, but are not limited to, supporting the administration and receptionist teams with patient registration, booking appointments, the processing of information (electronic and hard copy) in a timely manner and in accordance with current policies. The post-holder will support staff with the distribution of information, messages and enquiries for the clinical team, liaising with multidisciplinary team members and external agencies such as secondary care and community service providers. The post-holder will be an integral part of the general practice team.

You will be part of an established team of friendly fleet experts, supporting the refurbishment and damage management of our growing car & van fleet across our UK network of repair and preparation centres. This is a vital role within our damage team, based at our head office in Weybridge. You will work with our customers and national fleet suppliers to ensure vehicles are inspected, assessed, and refurbished to the highest standards before returning to service or being remarketed. Responsibilities include: • Reviewing vehicle damage following off-hire inspections or site check-ins., • Coordinating refurbishment work across our repair and preparation network., • Liaising with repairers and preparation centres to obtain estimates and updates., • Ensuring damage assessments and repair requirements are accurately documented., • Monitoring refurbishment turnaround times and working with suppliers to meet targets., • Supporting the resolution of customer queries relating to vehicle damage or refurbishment., • Maintaining clear records of damage, repairs, and refurbishment activity., • Building strong relationships with refurbishment partners and suppliers., • Escalating repair delays or quality concerns to senior team members when required., • Providing operational support to the wider fleet technical and refurbishment team.
