The Auto Account Manager plays a key role in this, working alongside the Head of Sales and broader team to grow and maintain strong partnerships with Zopa’s network of dealer and broker partners. This role will support continued growth by taking ownership of key accounts and delivering excellent service. Building and nurturing long-term relationships will be a central part of your success here. • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned partner accounts, • Build trusted, consultative relationships with key accounts and stakeholders, • Grow the Zopa Auto Finance programme by developing new accounts within your network, • Ensure timely and effective delivery of solutions aligned with partner goals, • Communicate progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives with stakeholders, • Lead regular business reviews with partners to evaluate performance and opportunities, • Monitor key account metrics such as volume, credit quality, and pricing, • Maintain accurate records and insights in Salesforce, • Collaborate across the sales team to identify growth opportunities, • Address partner needs and manage escalations professionally, • Help shape the Auto Ops team by contributing industry knowledge, • Host webinars and training workshops for partners, • Ensure compliance with internal processes, audits, and controls, • Work closely with the Commercial Team to support the Auto Partner Success strategy, • You bring a strong network of dealers from your experience in the auto finance industry, • You have experience in account management and understand auto trade language and processes, • You’re an empathetic and confident communicator, committed to delivering seamless service, • You’re skilled in stakeholder management and comfortable working with people at all levels, • You hold a full UK Driving Licence (with fewer than 6 points)Please note this role will be based "remotely" but will require regular travel to clients around the North East. #LI-LK1 We're on the move! They assist with the most vulnerable and complex cases to support customer needs, maximise customer rehabilitation, and provide bespoke solutions, guidance, and professional help. You will be joining a friendly and supportive team that works with all operational areas and oversees Zopa’s vulnerable customers across all products, including UPL, Credit Card, and Auto. This core team are Zopa’s elite Customer Champions and put the customer at the heart of everything we do by handling each case with the utmost care and consideration. Please note, you’ll be required to work shifts from Monday to Friday: 08:00–16:3009:00–17:3010:00–18:3011:30–20:00 • Building and maintaining one-to-one (121) relationships with customers, • Completing customer reviews via preferred communication channels such as email, live chat, and outbound dialing, • Receiving inbound calls from customers and internal teams regarding queries, complex cases, and setting up bespoke arrangements, • Responding to customer and third-party emails within a 3-day SLA, • Reaching reasonable conclusions based on evidence provided and proposing suitable customer outcomes, • Handling administrative work related to correspondence from third parties such as debt management companies, insolvency practitioners, and Phillips & Cohen, • Completing and reviewing income and expenditure forms with the aim of agreeing realistic payment plans based on borrower affordability, • Signposting customers experiencing financial difficulties to not-for-profit debt agencies, • Signposting vulnerable customers to non-profit charities such as Samaritans, • You will have previous experience working in a customer-focused environment, ideally with telephone/call centre duties in a customer service or collections role., • You must be able to deal calmly with conflict and handle the challenges of difficult conversations., • You must be able to communicate complex issues in a concise and straightforward manner., • You must demonstrate commitment to and pride in delivering high-quality service., • You will be familiar with FCA regulations, GDPR, and FG21.1 regulation., • You will have excellent oral and written communication skills, able to draft well-structured, clear responses across digital platforms., • You must be confident using Microsoft Office applications such as Outlook, Excel, and Word., • You will be an excellent team player who can also work independently and adapt well to change., • You are compassionate, grounded, logical, and objective; able to follow through on difficult decisions.We're on the move! They are currently looking for a skilled Salesforce Commerce Cloud developer to join their digital commerce team for a six-month contract. Job Responsibilities/Objectives The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in building scalable, headless eCommerce solutions using SFCC and PWA Kit. You will work closely with architects, business analysts, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-performance storefronts and integrations for enterprise retail platforms. • Develop and customize Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) solutions, including PWA-based storefronts., • Implement headless architecture leveraging SFCC APIs and PWA Kit., • Collaborate with architects to translate High-Level Designs (HLDs) and Low-Level Designs (LLDs) into functional components., • Build and optimize key modules such as checkout, search, personalization, and API orchestration., • Integrate SFCC with external enterprise systems like PIM, OMS, SAP CRM, and CDNs for real-time data synchronization., • Configure and optimize Algolia search, including indexing strategies and fallback mechanisms., • Ensure compliance with performance, security, and scalability standards., • Support incident resolution, performance tuning, and stability improvements during staging, go-live, and hypercare phases., • Work with MuleSoft or similar tools for API integration and orchestration., • Follow best practices for code modularization, deployment pipelines, and solution governance. Required Skills/Experience The ideal candidate will have the following: • Strong experience in Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) development., • Hands-on experience with PWA Kit and headless commerce implementations., • Proficiency in JavaScript, Node.js, and front-end frameworks (React preferred)., • Knowledge of API integration and orchestration using MuleSoft or similar tools., • Experience with Algolia search configuration and optimization., • Familiarity with integrating enterprise systems (PIM, OMS, SAP CRM)., • Understanding of CI/CD pipelines, performance tuning, and cloud deployment., • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications Although not essential, the following skills are desired by the client: • Experience in large-scale retail or eCommerce platform migrations., • Knowledge of SFCC Business Manager and cartridge development., • Exposure to multi-region deployments and CDN strategies., • Certification in Salesforce Commerce Cloud or related technologies.
