At Phoenix Property Services, we pride ourselves on delivering outstanding Contract Cleaning and Grounds Maintenance services across residential developments. We are high-level performers with exceptionally high standards, and we’re looking for a motivated Team Leader to join our growing team. The Role You will lead one of our small teams maintaining the grounds of multiple blocks of flats across Hertfordshire and North/Central London. This is a hands-on role, requiring excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills. Key Responsibilities: • Oversee and motivate a small grounds maintenance team, • Carry out grounds maintenance tasks to a high standard (mowing, pruning, weeding, litter collection, etc.), • Coordinate daily work schedules and ensure timely completion of tasks, • Communicate effectively with residents on site and liaise with the office team, • Maintain company equipment and ensure health & safety standards are met Requirements: • Minimum 1 year’s experience leading a grounds maintenance or landscaping team, • Full UK driving licence (driving is essential), • Strong communication and organisational skills, • Ability to work independently and uphold company standard So if you take pride in your work, enjoy leading others, and want to be part of a professional and growing company where you can really make a difference, we’d love to hear from you.
