Associate Director - Registered Building Inspector \n A respected and growing Building Control consultancy is seeking an experienced Registered Building Inspector to join its senior management team as an Associate Director. Having recently become an employee-owned consultancy, this is a compelling and exciting time to join the leadership team. \n The successful Associate Director will play a key part in the strategic direction of the business, while also managing a team and delivering Building Control services across a portfolio of clients and projects. \n The Associate Director -Registered Building Inspector Role \n This role would suit an experienced Registered Building Inspector who is looking to step into a senior leadership position with genuine influence over business growth, service delivery and team development. \n Responsibilities will include: \n\n • Managing, supporting and developing a team of Registered Building Inspectors\n, • Contributing to the leadership and strategic direction of the business\n, • Ensuring the consistent delivery of high-quality Building Control and consultancy services\n, • Overseeing operational performance, workload allocation and team development\n, • Acting as the Registered Building Inspector for your own portfolio of clients across varied commercial projects\n, • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, partners and industry stakeholders\n, • Supporting the continued growth and development of the Building Control function\n\n The Associate Director Registered Building Inspector \n\n • The successful Associate Director will have:\n, • Registered Building Inspector status at Class 3G/H\n, • Strong experience within Building Control\n, • Proven team management or leadership experience\n, • A commercially aware and client-focused approach\n, • Excellent communication, organisational and decision-making skills\n, • The ability to balance strategic involvement with hands-on technical delivery\n, • A desire to contribute to the long-term growth and direction of the business\n\n In Return? \n\n • Salary: £90,000 - £95,000\n, • Car allowance or Hybrid Car\n, • Bonus scheme dependent on company performance, up to £3,600 tax free\n, • 31 days annual leave\n, • Private medical insurance with the option to add family members\n, • Option to buy or sell 5 days of holiday\n, • Employee owned trust\n\n If you are a Registered Building Inspector, considering your career opportunities, please contact Megan Cole at Brandon James. \n REF: 22328MC
