Our Production Kitchen is at the heart of our bakery and pastry operations, producing premium cakes, pastries, desserts, and bakery products for our cafés. We are looking for two experienced, organized, and people-focused Kitchen Operations Managers to lead our production kitchen on a 4-day-on, 4-day-off rotating schedule, ensuring operational excellence, productivity, and the highest food safety standards. DAMASK Kitchen Operations Managers should have: Full accountability for the day-to-day operation of the production kitchen during their shift. Experience organizing daily kitchen operations, production workflow, and team productivity. The ability to lead, coach, train, and motivate a high-performing kitchen team. Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Experience managing traceability documentation and ensuring production records are accurately completed. Basic knowledge of Quality Assurance (QA), food safety, HACCP, and due diligence procedures to carry out daily compliance checks. The ability to monitor productivity, identify operational improvements, and maintain efficient kitchen workflows. Experience managing stock levels, inventory, and supporting ordering processes. The ability to work under pressure while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. Previous experience in a bakery, pastry, catering, food production, or central kitchen environment is preferred. Schedule for Kitchen Manager 4 days on, 4 days off rotating shift pattern 7:30 AM 6:00 PM Weekday and weekend shifts on a rotational basis Flexibility to meet business needs as required TPBN1_UKCT
