• Previous experience as a Housekeeping Office Coordinator in a 5-star hotel is essential., • Good working knowledge of the Opera Property Management System (PMS)., • Flexible to work both morning and evening shifts, including weekends and public holidays when required., • Previous experience as a Housekeeping Floor Supervisor is highly desirable., • Excellent communication and organisational skills., • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced luxury hotel environment., • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering exceptional guest service., • Confident in coordinating housekeeping operations and communicating effectively with the Front Office, Engineering, and other hotel departments. Key Responsibilities: • Coordinate the daily operations of the housekeeping department., • Update room statuses accurately using the Opera PMS., • Handle guest requests and ensure they are communicated promptly to the housekeeping team., • Maintain housekeeping records, reports, and administrative documentation., • Liaise with the Front Office and other departments to ensure rooms are ready on time., • Support the Executive Housekeeper and Assistant Housekeepers with administrative and operational duties., • Assist with staff scheduling, attendance records, and daily task allocation., • Ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, efficiency, and guest satisfaction are maintained at all times.
