About the role We’re a London-based fast-growing snacking company - we make high-protein snacking salami! We launched in January and are now stocked in 300+ retailers across London and the UK. We’re looking for a highly motivated, hands-on Field Sales Executive to accelerate our retail expansion and drive in-store performance. This role is focused on winning new listings, driving sell-through, and building strong relationships with store owners. Key responsibilities 1. New store acquisition & conversion • Visit independent retailers (e.g. delis, convenience stores, butchers, cafes)., • Pitch and secure listings, • Tailor pitch based on store profile and buyer behaviour, • Once listed:, • Ensure strong product placement and visibility, • Set up displays where possible, • Educate store staff on product and key selling points 1.
