We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Paralegal to join our legal team. The successful candidate will provide essential support in legal research, document preparation, and case management. Responsibilities:
Conduct legal research and analyse relevant laws, regulations, and case law to support ongoing cases.


Prepare, review, and organise legal documents, including contracts, pleadings, and correspondence.


Assist with the drafting of legal reports, summaries, and other documentation as required.


Manage case files efficiently, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.


Liaise with clients, witnesses, and external agencies to gather information and provide updates on case progress.


Support the legal team with administrative duties such as scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars, and handling correspondence.


Ensure compliance with relevant legal procedures and organisational policies.


Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client queries professionally and promptly.


Experience
Previous administrative experience within a legal environment is highly desirable.


Demonstrated analysis skills with the ability to interpret complex information accurately.


Proven organisational skills with the capacity to manage multiple tasks efficiently under tight deadlines.


Experience in customer service is advantageous, highlighting strong communication abilities.


Familiarity with legal software or case management systems is a plus but not essential.
