We are seeking a few dedicated and passionate Nursery Practitioners and manager to join our team, committed to providing high-quality care and education for young children. As a key member of our childcare setting, you will be responsible for creating a stimulating, safe, and inclusive environment where children can learn and thrive.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver a diverse range of engaging activities that support children's development across all areas of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum.
- Observe, assess, and record children's progress, ensuring their individual needs are met and their achievements are celebrated.
- Foster strong, positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues, maintaining open communication and promoting a sense of community.
- Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of all children in accordance with safeguarding policies and procedures.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and inspiring learning environment.
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and continuous professional development.
Requirements:
- A relevant Level 2 or 3 childcare qualification (e.g., NVQ, CACHE).
- Prior experience working in a nursery or early years setting.
- A thorough understanding of the EYFS framework and child development.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
- A genuine passion for working with children and supporting their growth.
- Prior experience managing or deputy manager
