We are looking for a talented, passionate, and customer-focused Nail Technician to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have excellent technical skills, a keen eye for detail, and a genuine passion for creating beautiful nails while providing an outstanding client experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality manicures and pedicures.
- Apply BIAB, gel polish or hard gel extensions (if qualified).
- Create bespoke nail art and French manicures to a high standard.
- Safely remove existing nail enhancements.
- Carry out nail consultations and recommend suitable treatments.
- Maintain excellent hygiene and sterilisation standards in accordance with salon policies.
- Prepare and clean workstations before and after each client.
- Manage appointment times efficiently while maintaining quality.
- Build strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
- Recommend retail products and aftercare advice where appropriate.
- Assist in maintaining a clean, organised, and welcoming salon environment.
- Stay up to date with the latest nail trends, products, and techniques.
