Head Barista- Rodeo (Manchester) Do you have a passion for great coffee and leading from the front? Welcome to Rodeo, the delicious doughnut destination. We’re a growing, Americana-inspired bakery brand expanding our coffee offering across Manchester, with a focus on quality, consistency, and great customer experience. We’re looking for a Head Barista to lead our coffee offering and help shape standards across our stores and events. What you’ll do: Train individuals and teams on coffee, service, and company standards, ensuring best practice is followed Lead from the front by preparing and serving consistently high-quality coffee and espresso drinks Maintain drink quality, presentation, and consistency across all of our London based coffee bars, with strong attention to detail Manage stock, ordering, and equipment to ensure smooth daily operations Support day-to-day store operations, including rotas, team support, and maintaining high standards across locations What we’re looking for: Passion for coffee and delivering great customer experience Confident, hands-on leader who takes pride in quality and consistency Strong organisation and communication skills Comfortable working across multiple sites and supporting different teams Experience: 3+ years barista experience (1+ year in a lead role) Strong coffee knowledge (matcha experience a plus)

We’re a growing, Americana-inspired bakery brand expanding our coffee offering across London. We’re looking for enthusiastic Baristas to deliver consistent, high-quality coffee and a great in-store experience. What you’ll do: Prepare and serve high-quality espresso based and match drinks Operate coffee equipment confidently (training provided) Maintain consistency across all drinks, with strong attention to detail Deliver friendly, engaging customer service Handle delivery orders accurately and on time Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the store Monitor stock levels and restock as needed Follow food safety and health & safety procedures Communicate allergen information clearly to customers What we’re looking for: Passion for coffee and delivering great customer experiences Experience working in an independent or branded coffee shop required Confident communicator with a positive and reliable attitude Strong attention to detail and consistency in all aspects of service Comfortable working independently as well as part of a wider store team Experience: 2+ years barista/coffee experience The role: Full time and part time opportunities available.
