📍 The Hatch Coffee Shop – Barnehurst Railway Station
We’re looking for an experienced Head Barista to lead our team and help deliver an exceptional coffee experience.

What we’re looking for:
- Previous experience as a Barista or Senior Barista
- Passion for speciality coffee and excellent customer service
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Confident training and motivating a team
- Ability to thrive in a busy, fast-paced café
- Reliable, organised, and proactive
