Looking for Bubble Tea Barista who is responsible for preparing and serving bubble tea, a popular Taiwanese drink made with tea, milk, fruit, and tapioca pearls. The Barista will ensure that all drinks are made to the customer's specifications and in a timely manner, while also maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
Responsibilities:
Greet customers and take orders for bubble tea.
Prepare bubble tea according to customer's specifications.
Use equipment such as blenders, tea brewers, and shakers to make drinks.
Cook and prepare tapioca pearls and other ingredients.
Ensure that the workspace is clean and organised.
Follow health and safety guidelines for food preparation.
Handle cash and card transactions.
Keep track of inventory and restock supplies as needed.
Provide excellent customer service and address any customer concerns or complaints.
Learn and stay up-to-date on new menu items and promotions.
Collaborate with other team members to maintain a positive work environment.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a barista or in food service preferred but. Ot essential.
Excellent customer service skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
