Harbour Dental Care is looking for a dedicated and professional Dental Nurse / Receptionist to join our team. This dual role is crucial for providing excellent patient care and ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our busy practice.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Dental Nursing Duties: Assisting dentists during a variety of dental procedures, preparing and sterilizing instruments and equipment, maintaining accurate patient records, and providing chairside support to ensure patient comfort throughout their visit.
- Receptionist Duties: Warmly greeting patients, managing appointment scheduling and patient registration, handling incoming phone calls, processing payments, and performing general administrative tasks to support the practice.
We are looking for a candidate who possesses:
- Previous experience in a dental setting, ideally in both nursing and reception roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and empathetic approach.
- Excellent organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
- A compassionate and patient-focused mindset.
- The ability to work effectively and calmly in a fast-paced environment.
