We are looking for an experienced and passionate cook to join our busy team. At Fishersgate Kebab House, we pride ourselves on serving delicious, high-quality takeaway meals.
Key responsibilities include:
- Preparing and cooking a variety of kebab dishes, wraps, burgers, and other menu items.
- Ensuring all food is prepared to the highest standards of taste and presentation.
- Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to all food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Managing stock and minimizing waste.
- Working efficiently in a fast-paced environment, especially during peak hours.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Proven experience as a cook, preferably within a takeaway or restaurant setting.
- A strong understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
- Excellent cooking skills and attention to detail.
- The ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team.
