Key responsibilities include: • Managing refurbishment, development and capital investment projects across the Robinsons estate., • Developing project briefs, budgets, programmes and delivery strategies., • Coordinating consultants, contractors and internal stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle., • Maintaining strong commercial control, including cost management, change control and value engineering., • Ensuring compliance with planning requirements, Building Regulations, CDM and other statutory obligations., • Building strong relationships across the business to minimise disruption and support trading performance during project delivery., • Identifying and managing project risks while maintaining accurate reporting and governance documentation.
