The venue is fast, busy, fun and customer-focused. The barback role is essential because you help keep the bar moving quickly all night. We are looking for someone who is: • Fast, • Reliable, • Hard-working, • Physically active, • Proactive, • Calm under pressure, • Good at following instructions, • Comfortable working late nights, • Able to keep moving without standing around Duties include: • Restocking fridges, • Refilling ice, • Collecting and organising glassware, • Replacing bottles and mixers, • Clearing rubbish, • Keeping the bar area clean, • Supporting bartenders during peak service, • Dealing with spills or hazards quickly, • Helping close down at the end of the night Experience is helpful but not essential if you are reliable, fast and willing to work hard.
