Key Responsibilities • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks to the highest standard., • Produce a range of classic cocktails, premium spirits and draught products with consistency and attention to detail., • Deliver friendly, knowledgeable and engaging customer service at all times., • Develop a strong knowledge of our drinks menu, wines, beers and spirits to confidently make recommendations and upsell., • Maintain a clean, organised and fully stocked bar throughout service., • Process orders accurately using our EPOS system., • Follow licensing laws, Challenge 25 procedures and all company policies., • Support private events, weddings and member functions as required., • Work closely with the floor and kitchen teams to ensure a seamless guest experience.
