About the Role As a Barista, you'll be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service while preparing exceptional coffee, drinks and food to the highest standards. You'll work closely with your team to create a welcoming atmosphere where guests enjoy returning time and time again. Key Responsibilities Prepare and serve speciality coffee, teas and cold beverages to company standards. Deliver friendly, genuine and professional customer service. Prepare and serve food in line with company specifications. Take customer orders accurately using the till system. Process cash and card payments. Complete end-of-day cashing up accurately. Maintain excellent food hygiene, cleanliness and health & safety standards. Restock food displays, fridges and coffee stations. Assist with opening and closing procedures. Follow all allergen and food safety procedures. Maintain a clean, organised and welcoming café environment. Support colleagues and contribute to a positive team culture.
