Customer Relationship Management Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and resolve complaints promptly. Conduct regular follow-ups to encourage repeat business and referrals. 1. Market Research Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. Identify emerging market opportunities and recommend new services. Analyze pricing strategies to remain competitive. 1. Marketing Support Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns. Participate in trade shows, networking events, and local business associations. Promote the company's services through social media and community engagement. Financial Performance Achieve monthly and annual sales targets. Prepare sales forecasts and business development reports.
