Key Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and escort them to their tables. Present menus and answer questions about food and drinks. Take customer orders accurately and communicate them clearly to the kitchen. Serve food and beverages efficiently and professionally. Check on customers during their meal to ensure satisfaction. Process bills and payments accurately. Prepare and reset tables before and after service. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area and service stations. Follow all food hygiene and health & safety procedures. Support colleagues during busy periods and contribute to smooth restaurant operations. Assist with opening and closing duties as required. Person Specification Essential Friendly and professional manner. Excellent communication skills. Strong customer service focus. Ability to work under pressure in a busy environment. Team player with a positive attitude. Good personal presentation and hygiene. Right to work in the UK. Desirable Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant service. Experience using POS/till systems. Knowledge of Japanese cuisine or sushi (training will be provided if not). Working Hours Full-time and part-time positions available.
