Key Responsibilities: • serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, • Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, taking orders., • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including all equipment, glassware, and serving stations., • Monitor and replenish bar inventory, ensuring all necessary supplies are stocked., • Process payments accurately and efficiently., • Adhere to all relevant health, safety, and hygiene standards., • Collaborate effectively with other hotel staff to ensure a seamless and enjoyable guest experience. Requirements: • Proven experience as a Bartender, ideally within a hotel or restaurant environment But not essential., • Good knowledge of drinks An advantage But training can be given, • good customer service and interpersonal communication skills., • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced setting and manage multiple priorities., • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
