The Role: As an electrical engineer, you will be solely responsible for covering all M&E maintenance, both PPM and reactive across the building. Being client facing is a must as you will be working in a life sciences building. Typical duties include fault-finding, small installations, control panels, power distribution, UPS, generators, emergency lighting testing/maintenance, AHU & FCU maintenance and much more. You will be expected to log all works performed. Your hours of work will be Mon-Fri 08:00 17:00. There is a call out rota that is TBC, but it will most likely be 1 in 3 or 1 in 4,with standby being £100 (minimum 4 hours).
