  Join nook! We are seeking passionate and skilled individuals to join our team as Smash Burger Chefs and Front of House Staff. You will be essential in creating exceptional smash burgers and delivering an outstanding customer experience in our fast-paced and exciting kitchen environment. Your Responsibilities: • Prepare and cook premium smash burgers to consistently high standards., • Master the unique smash technique to achieve the perfect crust and flavour., • Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and portion control., • Ensure strict adherence to food hygiene and safety standards at all times., • Manage grill station setup, stock rotation, and cleaning duties., • Work efficiently and effectively during busy service periods., • Support the wider kitchen team to ensure seamless operations. What We’re Looking For: • Previous experience as a burger chef, grill chef, line cook, or a similar role., • Alternatively, experience in a front of house position., • We also welcome candidates with a strong passion to learn, even without prior experience!, • Knowledge of food safety and kitchen hygiene procedures., • Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced setting., • Strong attention to detail and a genuine pride in producing quality food., • A positive attitude, reliability, and a collaborative team spirit., • A passion for burgers and the vibrant street food culture. Experience is valued, but a keen desire to learn and grow within our team is equally important!
