Our client is an established Building Services consultancy. They require the support of a 2d Mechanical CAD draughtsman to work with an HVAC / mechanical department. The purpose is to support the engineering team by producing new and revising 2d HVAC / Mechanical and Plumbing Health engineering mark-ups and drawings, using AutoCAD. Key Responsibilities • Create and amend basic 2D MEP drawings and layouts., • Update drawings based on engineer and project team feedback, • Prepare plans, schematics, and installation drawings., • Maintain drawing records and file management systems., • Ensure drawings are clear, accurate, and issued on time., • Assist with the preparation of as-built drawings. Skills & Experience, • AutoCAD skills and experience producing 2D drawings., • Understanding of construction or building services drawings., • Good attention to detail and accuracy., • Ability to follow instructions and work to deadlines., • Able to work unsupervised.Qualifications, • Relevant qualification in Engineering, Construction, Building Services, or a related discipline preferred., • Good working knowledge of AutoCAD.Personal Attributes, • Reliable and organised., • Willing to learn and develop technical skills., • Good communicati...
