We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a trainee in the restoration and renovation of leather goods, shoes, sneakers, and other items. This role offers a unique opportunity to learn and develop valuable skills within our company. Key Responsibilities and Training: • Initially, you will concentrate on cleaning various items and handling different fabrics., • As you progress, training will extend to include stitching, item creation, shoe making, and comprehensive repair techniques. Candidate Requirements: • Dedication and patience are essential., • A strong work ethic and a good eye for detail are crucial., • This is a physical job, requiring you to be on your feet for most of the day, and can be vigorous, but it offers immense satisfaction upon seeing results., • Experienced staff are also welcome to apply. Compensation & Benefits: • Salary: £26,000 to £30,000, dependent on hours, experience, and willingness to learn., • Working Schedule: Monday to Friday., • Pension Scheme, • Annual Leave: 28 days.
