Charcoal Grill Chef / Grill Cook Wanted Location: Ilford We’re looking for an experienced Charcoal Grill Chef to join our growing BBQ restaurant. Responsibilities: Cook chicken, lamb, steaks over a traditional charcoal grill. Prepare and cook food to a high standard. Maintain food hygiene and safety standards. Work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen. Keep the grill station clean and organised. Requirements: Experience with charcoal grilling is essential. Ability to work under pressure.
