We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Barista to join our vibrant team. As a key member of our cafe and store, you will be responsible for crafting delicious beverages and ensuring every customer has a memorable experience. Key Responsibilities: • Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold drinks, including espresso-based coffees, teas, and other specialty beverages., • Operate and maintain coffee-making equipment, ensuring high standards of quality and hygiene., • Take orders accurately, handle transactions, and manage cash efficiently., • Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing excellent service., • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including the coffee bar and adjacent seating areas., • Potentially assist with general store duties as needed. What we are looking for: • Previous experience as a Barista, ideally within a cafe or retail setting., • A genuine passion for coffee and a desire to learn new techniques., • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills., • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks., • A positive attitude and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
