Teamwork, integrity and career development are only some of the reasons that more than 2500 employees, each year, trust their future with us. /ph3The Role /h3pWe are looking for an accomplished FB Manager to join Domes Baobab Suites, our new 5-star lifestyle and athleisure resort in Costa Adeje, Tenerife — Domes’ newest destination as we expand into Spain. /ppThis is a hands‑on leadership role with full accountability for the resort’s Food Beverage operations, from daily service delivery to team culture and guest experience. As FB Manager, you will take ownership of the department’s performance while embodying the Domes philosophy of warmth, elegance, and curated luxury. /ppThis is a rare opportunity to help shape Domes’ FB identity from day one, in one of Europe’s most vibrant and fast‑growing luxury hospitality markets. /ppThe FB Manager is responsible for overseeing all Food Beverage outlets, ensuring exceptional guest experiences that reflect the Domes brand of luxury hospitality. This role combines operational leadership, quality control, and team development, working closely with the Hotel Operations Manager to drive service excellence, maintain HACCP ISO standards, and achieve budgetary and operational targets across all FB departments. /ph3Key Accountabilities /h3ulliOversees daily operations of all FB outlets, ensuring service excellence aligned with Domes standards. /liliCollaborates with the Hotel Manager to enhance hotel services and operations. /liliEnsures SOP, HACCP ISO compliance across FB departments. /liliTrains and develops FB staff to deliver top‑tier guest service. /liliForecasts FB needs and ensures consistent food beverage quality and presentation. /liliOversees staff appearance, hygiene, and conduct. /liliCoordinates equipment maintenance and monthly inventory. /liliParticipates in budget preparation and prepares regular cost/performance reports. /liliHandles guest complaints effectively. /liliParticipates in FB staff recruitment. /li /ulh3Technical /h3ulliDegree in Hospitality/Tourism.
