Drive the optimization, standardization, and continuous improvement of global SAP PP processes within KION ITS EMEA, ensuring efficient, scalable, and high-quality manufacturing and supply chain operations across all regions. Act as the key link between business and IT stakeholders to deliver harmonized processes, sustainable solutions, and operational excellence. • Define, implement, and continuously improve global SAP PP processes and system solutions in close collaboration with business and IT stakeholders., • Analyze business processes, identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks, and drive improvement initiatives to enhance performance and standardization., • Ensure alignment with global standards and best practices while supporting regional and local business requirements where appropriate., • Lead the design, validation, and implementation of new business requirements, process enhancements, and system developments., • Manage and coordinate the end-to-end delivery process, including requirement gathering, specification, testing, deployment, training, and hypercare support., • Act as the primary point of contact for key users and business representatives regarding SAP PP process topics and system-related requirements., • Coordinate and support the global key user network, fostering collaboration, knowledge sharing, and process consistency across locations., • Support scope validation, rollout activities, and evaluation of process extensions across international sites and regions., • Proactively communicate process changes, project updates, decisions, and risks to all relevant stakeholders., • Promote innovation, digitalization, and continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing and supply chain processes., • Contribute to the integration and harmonization of SAP PP processes with related business functions and systems., • University degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience., • Minimum 5 years of professional experience working with SAP PP within manufacturing, production planning, or supply chain environments., • Strong understanding of SAP PP processes, including Production Planning, MRP, Production Orders, and integration with related modules., • Proven experience in business process analysis, process optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives., • Experience working in international and cross-functional environments, collaborating with both business and IT stakeholders., • Solid experience in gathering, documenting, and translating business requirements into functional specifications and system solutions., • Strong understanding of end-to-end process implementation activities, including testing, deployment, and user training., • Fluent in English (written and spoken)., • Additional languages, particularly German or other EMEA languages, are considered a plus., • Willingness to travel internationally., • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities., • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills., • Ability to work effectively in complex, matrix, and international organizations., • Proactive mindset with a strong focus on continuous improvement and operational excellence., • Ability to influence stakeholders and drive change without direct authority., • Collaborative and team-oriented approach., • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities., • Results-driven with a customer and business-oriented mindset., • Capability to bridge business requirements and technical solutions effectively.
