ORTEC Engineering Spain is strengthening senior teams to support Working Party activities for ATR programmes within the Customer Support Services environment. We are looking for an EASA B1 Support Staff with strong experience on ATR 42/72 aircraft, capable of leading aircraft repair activities or providing on-site technical support in an international operational context. As an EASA B1 Support Staff, your main responsibilities will include: • Leading aircraft repair activities or providing technical assistance during Working Party interventions., • Supporting damage assessment following major events., • Carrying out inspection and certification of work within the scope of your authorization., • Ensuring all work is performed in accordance with OEM requirements, approved procedures, planning, and cost estimates., • Ensuring proper completion and certification of maintenance documentation (work sheets, logbooks, inspection schedules, records)., • Reporting and managing defects and associated corrective actions., • Verifying serviceability of tools and ensuring use of approved materials and parts., • Ensuring compliance with safety procedures for all personnel (technicians, apprentices)., • Supporting maintenance and availability of tools and equipment., • Ensuring safety of GSE equipment., • Coordinating with preparation teams and ATR technical departments involved in Working Party activities., • Minimum 8 years of experience in aviation maintenance., • At least 5 years as Support Staff on ATR aircraft., • Valid EASA Part-66 B1 License with ATR 42/72 ratings., • C rating is a plus., • ATR 42/72 type training (all types)., • Fuel Tank Safety, Human Factors (HF), SMS., • Up-to-date recurrent training., • Strong knowledge of maintenance procedures and OEM requirements., • Proficiency in MS Office., • Experience with Maintenance Information Systems (AMOS, AMASIS, AD Software, etc.)., • Professional English (working level / negotiation capacity)., • Engineering degree or strong technical aircraft systems background., • Experience managing complex repairs and structural/mechanical findings., • Location: Cugnaux (Francazal Base – France) + Worldwide missions., • Frequent travel required (up to 12 consecutive weeks)., • Candidates must provide an updated CV together with relevant qualifications and certifications., • Highly competitive remuneration, aligned with your experience and profile., • Permanent contract., • International working environment within ATR programmes., • Private health insurance., • Opportunities for long-term missions and international mobility., • Integration into high-level aeronautical technical projects., • Career development within a growing international group.
