VAT in 2024 and employs 5,000 staff members across 10 countries. /p h3JOB DESCRIPTION /h3 ul liThe Site Inventory Leader will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, availability, and traceability of inventory in a high-demand logistics environment with tight flows. Their primary mission will be to ensure that inbound, warehousing, replenishment, and outbound processes are executed precisely, minimizing discrepancies and optimizing operational efficiency. /li liThis position requires a profile with training in engineering (industrial, logistics, organization or similar) and previous experience in high turnover environments, preferably in companies such as e-commerce, retail or distribution. /li /ul h3TASKS /h3 ul liEnsure inventory accuracy through cycle checks, internal audits, and variance analysis. /li liCoordinate and supervise inventory control teams, ensuring compliance with operational processes and standards. /li liAnalyze data to identify stock errors, breakages, obsolescence or loss patterns, proposing and implementing corrective actions. /li liCollaborate closely with the Inbound and Outbound teams to ensure the correct receipt, location, preparation, and dispatch of merchandise. /li liDesign, improve and standardize processes that increase the efficiency of stock flow and reduce discrepancies. /li liManage inventory management tools, WMS, and tracking systems. /li liProvide regular reports on key KPIs (accuracy, shrinkage, cycle count compliance, aging, etc.) to the Site Operations Manager. /li liLead investigations into critical inventory incidents and coordinate actions with Operations, Safety and Quality. /li liEnsure compliance with internal regulations, good storage practices, and safety standards. /li liParticipate in continuous improvement projects (Lean, Kaizen, 5S, Six Sigma). /li /ul h3MUST HAVE skills /h3 ul liDegree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Organization or related disciplines. /li liMinimum of 3-5 years of experience in inventory control or logistics management roles in high-volume environments. /li liAdvanced knowledge of WMS systems, ERP and data analysis tools (advanced Excel, Power BI, etc.). /li liAnalytical skills, attention to detail, and a problem-solving orientation. /li liLeadership and team coordination skills. /li liHigh level of communication and ability to work in multidisciplinary teams. /li liLean/Six Sigma certification is a plus. /li /ul h3BENEFITS /h3 ul liBepartofadynamicandinternationalteam /li liVariable Bonus /li /ul h3RECRUITMENT PROCESS /h3 ul li1 HR Interview /li li2 Manager interview /li li3 Interview with the team /li /ul pFor the service of diversity and inclusion, Veepee is committed to reviewing all applications received on an equal basis. /p pEl grupo Veepee procesa sus datos recopilados como parte de la gestión de su reclutamiento para gestionar su expediente de solicitud para el puesto al que ha postulado.
