With around 27,000 employees worldwide and operations in more than 100 countries, we are committed to innovation, sustainability and operational excellence. /ppAt our Sagunto plant, you'll join a collaborative engineering environment where your ideas and expertise will directly contribute to the future of our operations. /ph3About the Role /h3 pWe are looking for a bUtilities Projects Engineer /b to join our Engineering team in Sagunto. /ppReporting to the Engineering Manager, you will lead the maintenance of the plant's utility systems while driving engineering projects, energy efficiency initiatives and continuous improvement. This is a highly visible role with a direct impact on the reliability, safety and sustainability of our manufacturing operations. /ph3Your key responsibilities /h3 ul liLead the maintenance strategy for Utilities, including compressors, boilers, refrigeration systems, water treatment, and wastewater treatment facilities. /li liLead and develop the Utilities maintenance team, promoting a strong safety culture and high technical standards. /li liEnsure compliance with Health, Safety, Environmental and statutory requirements across all Utilities installations. /li liCoordinate preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities to maximize equipment reliability and plant availability. /li liManage energy consumption (electricity, gas, water, and compressed air), identify efficiency opportunities and support supplier management. /li liLead engineering and CAPEX projects, coordinating internal stakeholders and external contractors from concept to implementation. /li liDrive strategic initiatives, including photovoltaic installations, infrastructure upgrades, and plant layout modifications. /li liManage the Utilities maintenance budget, monitor costs and identify improvement opportunities. /li liCoordinate statutory inspections (OCA), technical documentation, and legal compliance of industrial installations. /li liSupport major plant shutdowns and collaborate closely with Production, Continuous Improvement, Purchasing and other Engineering teams. /li liGeneral Facilities management activities /li /ul h3What we're looking for /h3 ul liDegree in Industrial, Electrical or Energy Engineering (Electronic Engineering is a plus). /li liExperience in electrical and mechanical maintenance within an industrial manufacturing environment. /li liStrong knowledge of industrial electrical systems (HV/LV) and Utilities installations such as HVAC, boilers, fire protection systems, pressure equipment and water treatment. /li liExperience managing engineering projects and maintenance contractors. /li liGood command of English. /li /ul h3It would be great if you also have /h3 ul liKnowledge of energy efficiency and energy management. /li liPLC programming knowledge. /li liKnowledge of machinery safety regulations. /li liHealth, Safety and Environmental Management knowledge /li /ul h3What you'll bring /h3 ul liLeadership and people development skills. /li liStrong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. /li liA hands-on approach with excellent organisational skills. /li liAbility to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic manufacturing environment. /li liStrong communication and collaboration skills. /li /ul h3What we offer /h3 ul liThe opportunity to grow in an international and dynamic manufacturing environment. /li liCompany-paid life insurance. /li liOptional private medical insurance. /li liSubsidised company canteen. /li liThe opportunity to lead strategic projects that will shape the future of our plant. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
