As our Strategic Fleet Resilience Engineer, you won’t just be tracking parts or managing databases; you will be the architect of our fleet's survival and evolution. Responsibilities • Master the Risk Landscape: Own, map, and analyze the obsolescence landscape across the fleet, building the predictive defenses that keep our aircraft flying., • Drive Executive Strategy: Act as the vital bridge between technical reality and executive decision‑making, translating complex technical risks into high‑level, high‑impact investment strategies., • Protect the Fleet: Serve as the ultimate line of defense against AOG (Aircraft on Ground) events, directly ensuring our operational availability remains unmatched., • Innovate & Optimize: Design modern, forward‑thinking lifecycle roadmaps that balance cutting‑edge technological upgrades with smart capital investment. Qualifications • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Aeronautical Engineering., • Experience: 3+ years in Engineering or Customer Services (e.g., AMTAC). Understanding of MRTT and LTA/M&L platforms., • Languages: Advanced level Spanish and English (both written and spoken) are required., • Soft skills:, • Forward‑Thinking Planner: Convert high‑level risks into structured, actionable, and prioritized project roadmaps., • High‑Level Communicator: Explain technical specifications to engineers and ROI to executives in the same hour., • Predictive Problem‑Solver: Anticipate challenges years in advance and engineer solutions before components fail.
