Your work will enable our teams to thrive as they help patients live healthier and more productive lives. /p h3How you will make an Impact: /h3 ul liLead team and function as an expert on people and organizational issues, as well as a catalyst in delivering HR solutions in order to attract, develop, and retain talent and to support the specific needs of the business groups and overall business objectives. /li liAct as a strategic thought partner for an individual site and/or significant BU/region or as the lead HR partner with a Executive Leadership Team member to develop and implement human resource strategy to achieve its current and future business objectives. Develop and plan business unit, site, or EW Shared Service function human resources projects and activities with accountability for successful completion of all project deliverables /li liLead, direct, evaluate and develop a team of HR professionals to ensure the HR strategy is implemented effectively, within budgets, and complies with all regulations, laws and employment standards. Develop a robust talent development and succession planning in alignment with functional growth strategies across HR /li liLead or partner with COE's to deliver human resource programs for client groups to ensure the organization's current and future talent requirements are met /li liProvide leadership in partnership with COE's to evaluate the organization's future workforce needs in order to recommend changes to the HR strategy and adapt existing HR programs to meet these needs. /li liUse highly effective consulting skills and principles to advise, influence and partner with leadership on talent strategies and actions to build organizational capabilities and an engaged and high-performing organization /li liProactively analyze trends and metrics to identify training needs or individual executive coaching needs for assigned client group(s) and partners with COE's or Shared Service groups to develop solutions, programs and policies. /li liParticipate in the interview/selection of talent in assigned client groups and perform compensation analysis to drive competitive offers /li liParticipate in evaluation and monitoring of training and coaching programs to ensure success. /li liMay lead HR aspects of merger and acquisition activities, functional consolidations, or other large HR initiatives for the assigned business groups /li liOther incidental duties. /li /ul h3What You Will Need (Required) /h3 ul liBachelor's Degree in related field and human resources experience /li liDemonstrated track record in people management /li liFluent in Spanish and English /li liExperience in a Manufacturing environment with a Global Organisation /li /ul h3What else we look for (Preferred) /h3 ul liProven successful project management skills /li liProven expertise in Microsoft Office Suite and human resources systems /li liExcellent facilitation and presentation skills /liliExcellent problem-solving, organizational, analytical and critical thinking skills /li liExcellent written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal relationship skills including influencing, consultative and relationship management skills with ability to drive achievement of objectives /li liRecognized as an expert within sub-function(s) and/or area(s) and broader organization including broad-based expertise across area and related functions /li liExpert understanding of related aspects of human resources processes and/or systems /li liExpert knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance /li liExpert knowledge of local and federal employment laws within field and within organization /li liAbility to manage and navigate multiple ongoing issues and complex employee relations matters /li liExpert negotiation and conflict resolution skills /li liExcellent leadership skills and ability to influence change /li liAbility to build and maintain strong relationships across the organization /li liEffective level of business literacy about the client group(s) business, financial position, its midrange plans, its culture and its competition /li liStrict attention to detail /li liAbility to interact professionally with all organizational levels while establishing a positive reputation /li liAbility to navigate challenging forces in the fast-paced and dynamic operations network /li liRepresents leadership on programs or org-specific strategic initiatives within multiple areas, interfacing with project managers, human resources team and leadership team /li liConsult in program setting within multiple human resources areas, deeper or more dedicated advisory role, interfacing with more senior management /li liProvides human resources leadership to outsourcing partners on a directive level, participates on medium scale RFP /li liAdhere to all company rules and requirements (e.g., pandemic protocols, Environmental Health Safety rules) and take adequate control measures in preventing injuries to themselves and others as well as to the protection of environment and prevention of pollution under their span of influence/control /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
