As a Warehouse Manager, you will lead all warehouse operations, ensuring efficient receiving, storage, inventory management, and order fulfillment while maintaining the highest standards of safety, operational excellence, and productivity. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliStrategic Planning Warehouse Development: Develop warehouse strategies aligned with the company's business objectives. Design warehouse operational standards, annual operating plans, and management systems. Plan warehouse layouts and equipment configurations. Drive warehouse standardization, digital transformation, and smart warehouse initiatives to continuously improve operational efficiency. /liliEnd-to-End Warehouse Operations: Oversee all warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, inventory control, cycle counting, picking, packing, and order fulfillment. Monitor key operational KPIs, such as inventory accuracy, stock turnover, productivity, and service performance. Optimize workflows, warehouse processes, and resource allocation to improve operational efficiency while reducing errors and inventory losses. /liliCost Management Continuous Improvement: Analyze warehouse cost structures, including labor, equipment, and facility utilization. Develop and implement cost optimization initiatives without compromising operational quality. Promote process improvements, lean methodologies, and warehouse automation solutions. Monitor labor productivity and warehouse space utilization to continuously improve operational performance. /liliLeadership, People Management Risk Control: Recruit, coach, develop, and manage warehouse teams. Foster a high-performance culture focused on accountability, engagement, and continuous learning. Build effective organizational structures to support business growth. Ensure full compliance with health safety regulations and company policies. Manage operational risks, business continuity, emergency situations, and incident response to maintain a safe working environment. /liliCross-Functional Collaboration Customer Excellence: Partner closely with transportation, commercial, customer service, engineering, and supply chain teams to optimize end-to-end operations. Coordinate cross-functional initiatives to improve operational performance and customer satisfaction. Gather customer feedback and translate insights into continuous warehouse service improvements. Support business growth by enhancing operational competitiveness and service quality. /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ulliBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. /liliMinimum five years of warehouse management experience, including at least two years in a supervisory or leadership role. /liliProven experience managing Warehouse Management Systems (WMS). /liliStrong leadership and people management skills with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams. /liliExcellent analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving abilities. /liliStrong communication and stakeholder management skills. /liliFluent in French and English, written and spoken. Mandarin is considered a strong advantage. /liliSolid knowledge of health safety regulations and warehouse compliance standards. /liliAbility to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic, and continuously evolving environment.
