ph3Job Description /h3 pA temporary vacancy for a production engineer has arisen within Airbus Defence Space in Getafe (Madrid). /p h3Responsibilities /h3 pThe jobholder, as part of the MRO / Production team, shall support the correct execution of the A400M MRO program. The jobholder shall be responsible for managing daily tasks in A400M MRO in Getafe, according to the Dock Manager strategy. /p h3Main Activities /h3 ul liSupporting daily SQCDP meetings (L2 L3) /li liLeading operative planning of the station /li liLeading defects routine meetings /li liShopfloor support to avoid or minimize blocking points impacting planning /li liReporting and following up Work Order incidences to ensure minimal planning impact /li liAnalyzing Service Bulletins in advance to identify risks /li liPreparing shopfloor Work Packages for MRO and Retrofit activities, ensuring correct execution per operator competence and expertise /li liPreparing shopfloor Work Packages to maximize synergies between Retrofit, Maintenance and MRO /li liPreparing Performance Tracker for MRO Combined events to ensure maximum efficiency /li liDistributing Work Packages between shopfloor teams according to tactical and operative planning /li liCost controlling: managing incurred hours, both WC and BC, with a special focus on remote workers out of area facilities /li liAttendance control of BC of the station, weekly resource allocation and daily control of correct fulfillment /li liTraining follow‑up: identifying training gaps, arranging training sessions, assigning participants and ensuring attendance /li liLeading and supporting improvement projects of the station /li liIdentifying and analyzing shopfloor deviations to optimize activities and ensure OCOTOQ deliveries /li liEnsuring materials, tooling and industrial means availability per operative planning /li liPlanning MRO events, including materials, industrial means and people /li liFollow‑up of operative planning, identifying deviations from baseline and proposing action plans /li liCoordinating correct planning of Quality and other support areas to ensure OCOTOQ execution /li liCoordinating station improvement projects /li liSupporting foremen on tools definition to ensure correct execution of tasks, especially structural tools /li liEnsuring feedback loop between stations, including complete MFT (ME, Quality, Production Control, …) /li liCoordinating housekeeping and FOD routines, including findings resolution /li liAMMA ITAR management for the entire station /li liSupporting audits such as Quality, PERAM, HSE, ISO, … and resolving findings or non‑conformities /li /ul h3Deliverables /h3 ul liPrepare an operative planning of events/stations to ensure OCOTOQ commitments /li liUpdate operative planning daily as necessary and report to affected areas: Production, Quality, ME, Production Control, … /li liPlan defects to avoid impact on planned tasks /li liEnsure correct application of processes and rules /li liReport monthly incurred status, including BC and WC /li liReport weekly qualification status: HPS, AMMA ITAR, AirNav, … /li liWeekly resource assignment and fulfil reporting files /li liCreate Work Order files at the beginning of an event /li liCreate Defect files at the beginning of an event /li liSupport area and station improvement projects /li liWeekly report with aircraft risks and blocking points /li liSupport Operational Surveillance activities /li liWeekly report with training sessions expected next week /li liControl IT Means to avoid incorrect assignment /li /ul h3Required Competences /h3 ul liIndustrial or aeronautical engineer, or similar /li liNative Spanish and fluent English /li liExperience in the A400M MRO Production department /li liKnowledge of Pelicano Plus and Pelicano Web /li liKnowledge of the deviations module in Pelicano Web /li liKnowledge of SAP, focusing on incurred transactions /li liKnowledge of Excel (Visual Basic) /li liKnowledge of DEMAT /li liKnowledge of PPS tools /li liCapacity to adapt to a VUCA environment: stress, conflict management, teamwork /li /ul h3Interfaces and Main Stakeholders /h3 ul liProduction Control /li liManufacturing Engineering /li liProgramme /li liQuality
